Step back in time and explore how life was in days past. Local artisans will demonstrate deer hide tanning, yarn spinning, and acorn flous making. Fort Allen antique plowing equipment will be on display. Gather at the Watering Trough for a “Talk at the Trough” from 11-1. Derry Historical Society will have their Conestoga Wagon on hand for vintage floats and kettle corn. Trinity Church of Christ will display vintage quilts. Tour the Civil War sanctuary at the church. Tim Crede will be dressed in his period war uniform and will present short talks throughout the day. Miss Sue from the library will have old-fashioned games for the children to play. Check in between 10-2 at the Bush Log House to start your journey back in time. No cost Limit 150 Registration required for all attendees. Sponsored in part by Belle Trouvaille.
