“Flirting with a New Life” is about a newly-single mom and fiction writer who currently suffers from writer’s block. She recently was granted money for her writing project and has 6 months to finish it before she’ll run out of money and need to find a traditional job. That short deadline, along with dealing with the loss of her family unit, causes Kelly’s writer’s block to intensify. So instead of writing, Kelly finds herself procrastinating in a variety of ways that lands her in quirky situations.
