What is Yoga for Grief? Grief and emotions can be felt in our bodies – tight shoulders, a stomach ache, heart ache, and beyond. In this class, participants will be gently guided in noticing what’s happening in their bodies and minds, and practice a variety techniques to work with those sensations and support their grieving process. No experience is necessary and all are welcome in this class. This is Chair Yoga — no yoga mats required, but youâ€™re welcome to bring one. Class led by Three Rivers Hospice Bereavement Counselor.
