Massage is one of the oldest tools used to treat pain and stress. Learn the basics for neck/back, hand and foot massage at this “hands-on” program. Bring a friend to practice on each other, or come alone. Presenters will work with the solo participants, so you’re not paired up with a stranger.
Requirements:
-Bring a pillow
-Wear comfortable, light-weight clothing
-Yoga mats welcome, but not necessary
Organic and/or unscented oil will be available for use.
