Whether you're young or old sometimes you can just need to take a moment to relax and enjoy the simple things. Materials will be provided for all ages to sit back and enjoy the simple joy of some non-structured coloring time.
Grief & emotions can be felt in our bodies--tight shoulders, stomachaches, heart ache, etc. Carrie McCann will guide participants on how to work through the sensations and support their grieving process.
